The Naru Series

Ages 4 – 10

A collection of tender stories that help children explore big feelings, feel safe in love, and find comfort in family.

  • Where The Moon Touched The Ground is a tender story of wonder, courage, and comfort. When a sudden noise frightens curious little Naru on a moonlit walk, his strong and calm Papa provides a safe anchor. Using literal somatic cues, tactile grounding, and deep breathing, they navigate the fear together. This neuro-inclusive book models deep co-regulation, showing children that feelings visit and pass, and that the world is safe to explore when we walk together.

  • When Naru finds a stubborn rock that refuses to budge, frustration and tears follow. With Papa Wolf’s gentle presence, Naru learns that strength isn’t in moving mountains all at once, but in patience, persistence, and trying again.

  • When Naru feels tangled inside, Mama Wolf takes him to a still, moonlit lake. There, he learns that not every feeling needs to be solved right away. Some just need time, quiet, and gentle presence to reveal their shape.
